Our office will make every effort to assist you in understanding your particular coverage. As a courtesy to our patients, we will file your dental insurance claims. Because insurance policies vary greatly, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith. We cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts.

If we are a contracted preferred provider with your dental insurance, the estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of services rendered. If you have an out-of-network insurance policy, you will need to pay the full fee at the time services are rendered. You will then be directly reimbursed from your insurance carrier.

If your insurance pays more than you expected, you will be reimbursed when all insurance payments are received. Ultimately the patient is responsible for any balance acquired on their account. Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. However, we only provide this service to the extent that it allows us to deliver the best possible periodontal care.
